Medication and alcohol and tiredness
The two causes people forget to count as causes.
A long list of common medicines has tiredness as a side effect — beta-blockers, antihistamines, some antidepressants, some blood-pressure drugs — and it can start when the dose changes. Alcohol is a sedative that fragments the second half of the night: even two drinks measurably reduce deep sleep, and regular evening drinking leaves people tired without ever feeling drunk.
The check is a medication list review with a pharmacist or doctor, and an honest alcohol count — including the "just one or two most evenings" pattern. A two-week alcohol break is the cheapest diagnostic test there is.

Review the medicine list; try two weeks without evening alcohol.
Referencia, no consejo médico. Si el cansancio es progresivo, inexplicado o viene con pérdida de peso, fiebres, sudores nocturnos o falta de aire, ve a un clínico. Nada aquí diagnostica.
