Mood: depression and stress and tiredness
Tiredness is one of the two classic physical symptoms of depression — the other is broken sleep.
Depression presents physically far more often than people expect: tiredness, unrefreshing sleep, appetite changes, and everything feeling heavy. Anxiety and chronic stress do the same through constant arousal — the body never comes off alert, and that is exhausting.
The check is two honest questions: have you lost interest or pleasure in things for more than two weeks, and are you feeling down most of the day? A yes to either, with tiredness, deserves a proper conversation with a doctor — the treatments (therapy, medication, exercise) all work better started early.

Reference, not medical advice. If tiredness is progressive, unexplained, or comes with weight loss, fevers, night sweats or breathlessness, see a clinician. Nothing here diagnoses.
